Di ciascuno e di tutto sono emersi con prepotenza, acuendosi, tutti i problemi poco chiari, impliciti, sopiti, nascosti, accantonati. Questo ha peraltro prodotto il clima pandemico. Vale anche per l’Europa.
Da diversi anni, sempre attiva, certamente nella routine delle faccende interne ed internazionali. Come se non ci fossero tematiche di fondo da affrontare.
Adesso i suoi amministratori e leader si trovano con una mano davanti una di dietro, allo scoperto: dai vaccini alle riforme da attuare perché l’armonia fra i Paesi membri sia più facile specie alla grande burocrazia che col tempo ha invaso tutto l’organismo.
Occorre rimboccarsi le maniche in due direzioni: per gestire al meglio la pandemia e per pensare al dopo.
The new fundamentals needed for EU
The Covid 19 pandemic has made the unclear, implicit, dormant, hidden, set aside problems referring to each of us and everything promptly arise and become acute. It also applies to Europe.
For several years, the EU has been always active certainly as far as the internal and international’s routine is concerned. As if there were not severe deeper problems.
Now its administrators and leaders find themselves in great troubles: they have to run properly and responsibly the vaccines story and at the same time implement an easier administration of the relationship among the member countries, especially facing the large bureaucracy that over time has invaded the entire body.
We need to roll up our sleeves in two directions: to much more effectively manage the pandemic and to plan the future, not only the near one.
